Business & Teams
MindUnplugged®
For whom? Small and medium-sized enterprises, HR managers, leaders and teams who want to consciously shape digital collaboration.
When chats, emails and meetings dictate the working day, teams need a shared sense of direction. MindUnplugged® focuses on working habits and collaboration: where are periods of concentration possible? What availability is actually necessary? How can change be achieved without losing sight of the people?
Possible areas of focus
- Recognising interruptions and digital stress in everyday working life
- Develop shared rules for communication, availability and focus times
- Strengthen self-leadership and open communication about stress and pressure
- Combining digital transformation and AI with the needs of employees
Collaboration: A keynote, team session or workshop, with topics and scope tailored to your organisation. Your team tries out practical agreements and reflects on what works.
Families & children up to 15 years
NeuroShield®
For whom? Parents and carers who want to support children up to the age of 15 as they grow up with digital media. Educational institutions can also request suitable ideas and workshops.
Media education requires relationship, guidance and practical agreements suitable for everyday life. We look at the specific family situation: what makes digital media interesting for the child? Where do conflicts arise? What needs and role models are at play?
Possible areas of focus
- Understanding children's digital worlds better
- Having conversations about media use without shaming
- Agree on shared rules, transitions and reliable routines
- Reflecting on parental role modelling, joint activities and guidance through strong emotions
Collaboration: Parent coaching or workshop. The focus is on guidance by adults and on solutions that suit the family.
Understanding gaming together – articles and conversation aids for parents
Focus & digital habits · 16 and over
Trancebreaker®
For whom? Teens aged 16 and over and young adults who want to manage their use of smartphones, social media or gaming more mindfully, for example at school, during training, at university or when entering the working world.
“Just a quick look” can last longer than planned. Trancebreaker® explores the triggers behind everyday digital habits. Together, we look at what digital activities give you, what they leave less time for and which changes you want to make.
Possible areas of focus
- Detect automated usage patterns and triggers
- Reflect on distraction, procrastination and social comparison
- Plan focus time, breaks, and attractive off-screen activities
- Understand reward and motivation clearly and try out realistic steps
Collaboration: Individual coaching for personal development. In the case of minors, the involvement of legal guardians and the appropriate framework are clarified in advance.
Behind the Game · Start the Gaming Check
A freely accessible reflection check for independent use from the age of 16. No diagnosis.
Orientation & Self-Leadership
NeuroCompass
For whom? People who want to make clearer decisions again between professional demands, digital stimuli and personal goals. This also includes leaders in phases of change.
NeuroCompass creates space for the question: What is important to me, and how does that show up in my daily life? We look at priorities, personal boundaries and habits. Connection with oneself, rest and consciously designed time in nature can play a role in this.
Possible areas of focus
- Clarify personal values, needs, and goals
- Use attention and energy more consciously
- Observing digital habits and trying out small changes
- Develop routines for reflection, recovery and self-determined decisions
Collaboration: Individual coaching with practical steps for everyday life. We will clarify your needs, framework and scope in an initial consultation.
